We provide boiler installation, repair, and servicing across the North East of England. All services are subject to availability and specific terms agreed upon in writing before work commences.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on site surveys and final requirements. Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

4. Guarantees & Warranties

New boiler installations include a 12-year manufacturer's warranty. Repairs include a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour. Warranties are subject to annual servicing requirements.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may incur a call-out charge.
